What led me to hypnotherapy was my own subconscious calling toward my Soul's Ambitions.
I have been fascinated by alternative medicine and holistic healing for as long as I can remember. My lifelong dedication to understanding the intricate connection between the mind, body, and soul led me to enroll in the Clinical Hypnotherapy program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2020.
In 2017, I began my career in holistic dentistry, working as a dental assistant for six years. I was passionate about ensuring that my patients had comfortable experiences, both physically and mentally. Witnessing patients struggle with dental anxiety sparked my curiosity about the origins of fear and how it can be alleviated.
During this time, I was also navigating my own traumas and delving into the complexities of PTSD. I realized that PTSD could be managed and even healed by addressing its root in the subconscious mind. This revelation guided me to further study weight management, addictions, and anxiety healing, deepening my understanding of how our mental state influences our overall well-being.
While studying hypnotherapy, I discovered hypnobirthing and was immediately captivated by its potential. I was determined to have a hypnobirth myself and am now passionate about helping mothers through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys using hypnobirthing techniques. I am committed to guiding mothers in achieving empowering birth experiences and supporting them through the postpartum period.
I firmly believe that healing begins in the mind, and I am honored to assist others on their healing journeys, empowering them to discover the incredible power of their own minds.
Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted mother to a one-year-old child and a proud pet parent to three dogs: a French Bulldog, a Yorkshire Terrier, and a Chihuahua. My family brings joy and balance to my life, constantly inspiring me to pursue my passion for holistic healing.
